People eat with their eyes, so we pay particular attention to how our food is presented. I am not an “ambiance,” kind of guy…however, I am keenly aware of the importance of the overall presentation of our food.

For all our events, we use the services of a “Food Stylist” to coordinate the perfect arrangement for our appetizers and hors d’oeuvres. Whether we use white plates with beautiful flowers, or specialty carved cedar planks, we are attentive to every detail so you and your guests will give us high marks for the way we present our food.

Our food stylist can also assist you with the selection of the perfect decorative arrangements for the buffet and seating tables.

We want you to relax and enjoy your own party. Be assured that we can, and will, take care of every detail of the event. We can handle just the food, or anything you desire: rentals, bar tending and supplies, decorations, entertainment, invitations, you name it…we take care of you.

In addition to the incredible taste and overall presentation of our food, we acutely focus on our personnel. How many times have you gone to a party and have been served by less than personable or attentive staff?

We pride ourselves on choosing a staff that are both bright and charming; and we provide them with specific training and guidelines to enhance your party atmosphere while remaining seamless among your guests.

And our kitchen staff will leave your kitchen even cleaner than the way we found it…we even sweep and mop your floors before we turn down the kitchen lights and depart.

COSTS & FEES

Once a menu is selected, we will provide you with the per person food cost. Below are related costs that may or may not apply to your party. 
  • Fully Trained Bar Tender: $150 Flat Fee
  • Kitchen & Butler Staff: $20 per hour
  • On-Site Chef: $30 per hour
  • Rentals: Exact cost - No mark-up from rental company
  • Floral Arrangements: Exact cost – No mark-up
  • Entertainment: Exact cost - No mark-up
  • Beverages: Exact cost - No mark-up - $75 Pick-up & Delivery Fee
  • Coffee & Tea Service: $50

For parties above 12 –

No Down Payment Deposit Is Required
